Ronin is not a person nor a character, it is a persona, an identity taken by someone. It is a title and it is used by Clint Barton during the time when Thanos snapped half of the universe from existence. It is like an alter ego that is most often associated with mystery and stealth. As reported in the episode, no one knows who is behind the suit of Ronin and he is like a masked vigilante.

The group is a crime syndicate and having a masked vigilante out on the runstopping their plans and heists would surely make them angered.
