Harley Quinn Season 3 Drops Teaser Trailer, Unveils Release Date

There has been a lot of anticipation for the third season of Harley Quinn since it's been two years since the second season aired and fans are dying to see how they'll explore the blossoming relationship between Harley and Poison Ivy. Fortunately, we're now getting closer to its release and it looks like we finally have our first full look at the upcoming season as well as its official release date.

HBO Max has released the teaser trailer for the third season of Harley Quinn. They also announced that it will premiere on July 28 with the first three episodes followed by one new episode weekly until September 15.

The teaser gave us a glimpse at yet again another bonkers adventure with Harley and Ivy as they are having their "Eat, Bang, Kill Tour." They also showed us a look at the return of our favorite DC characters in the series, the appearance of the Court of Owls which looks like it's going to be very different from the comics, and the first look at the special appearance of The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker director James Gunn.

Based on the footage, it looks like the upcoming season will be hilarious, raunchy, and bonkers again just like the previous ones. It also looks like Harley and Ivy's relationship will be the centerpiece of the season. They are also hinting that it will feature a lot of our favorite DC characters again although it remains to be seen how exactly they will intertwine with Harley and Ivy's adventure.

The season's logline reads: "The mayhem and madness continue in season three of this biting and uproarious adult animated comedy series. Wrapping up their “Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour,” Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) return to Gotham as the new power couple of DC villainy. Along with their ragtag crew – King Shark (Ron Funches), Clayface (Alan Tudyk), Frank the Plant (JB Smoove) - 'Harlivy' strives to become the best version of themselves while also working towards Ivy’s long desired plan of transforming Gotham into an Eden paradise."

As we're patiently waiting for the upcoming season, for now, we can catch up on the first two seasons of Harley Quinn which are available to stream on HBO Max.
