EXID Hani and psychiatrist Yang Jae Woong have been the center of buzz ever since their relationship was confirmed to the public.
In June, Wikitree reported that Hani has been dating Yang Jae Woong, who is 10 years her senior. The exclusive report disclosed that the idol and the psychiatrist started dating two years ago.
Her agency, Sublime Artist Agency, confirmed the rumors. While fans are happy for her, she also has to deal with haters who assumed she has issues since she is dating the psychiatrist.
Recently, she hit back at those comments.

EXID Hani Slams Haters Over Comments Against Her Relationship With Yang Jae Woong
The Up & Down singer appeared on LeoJ Makeup's YouTube channel for an October 6 video. While getting her makeup done by the makeup artist, the YouTuber asked her how she felt about the public's response to her and the psychiatrist's relationship.
According to Hani, she initially felt bad as she had to keep it a secret from her fans. Although she received support from them, she reportedly saw hate comments after making the relationship official.

"But I've read some comments, and they made me really angry. Just because my boyfriend is a psychiatrist, who is 10 years older than I am, some were saying that I had mental issues and was gaslighted by him. Those comments are just ridiculous!" she said, as quoted by SBS News.
Instead of saying something back, Hani reportedly chose to stay silent and told the viewers she does not have mental issues.
The psychiatrist appeared on several TV shows. He also has a YouTube channel that his older brother, a psychiatrist, runs.
Yang Jae Woong Proudly Talks About Hani
Both Yang Jae Woong and Hani started to speak freely about their relationship after the confirmation. Even the psychiatrist mentioned her during his appearance on the September 12 episode of War of the Roses.
They re-examined the lyrics of Kim Jong Kook's One Man, leading Kim Ji Min to say that listening to the devastating love story in the show made the song lyrics feel different. She asks the psychiatrist what he thinks if his lover sees a person of different sex and calls them cool.
Yang Jae Woong said it was okay as he would not care about it.
