To coincide with the movie’s release, a Haikyuu!! magazine was released today. Because of this, many fans are wondering where to buy this Haikyuu February 2024 issue magazine.
Technically, Haikyuu doesn’t have a monthly magazine. Instead, this is more of a special release that serves as a great companion piece to the Haikyuu: Battle of the Garbage Dump movie.
It’s also a must-have for collectors. That’s because the magazine features a special illustration, a bunch of interviews, special features, and more.
The Haikyuu Magazine Gets Released Today Alongside the New Movie
The Haikyuu anime’s fourth season ended in late 2020. Since then, it has not been renewed for a fifth season. This is despite the original manga also reaching its end in 2020.
Fans were treated to an announcement of the Haikyuu Final two-part movie series back in August 2022. After much anticipation, the first part of the Final movie series was released today in Japanese cinemas.
As previously announced, a Haikyuu February 2024 magazine was released today in Japan, and it comes with a bunch of special features that give more insight into the film’s production.
For starters, the magazine features an interview with Hinata and Kozume VAs, Ayumu Murase and Yuki Kaji. There’s also an interview with the film’s director, producer, and editor.
Aside from interviews, the magazine also has new chapters for the Lets! Haikyu!! and Haikyu-bu!! spinoff manga series.
Finally, the magazine’s cover features a new illustration by manga creator Haruichi Furudate.

Where to Buy the Haikyuu Magazine
In Japan, the new Haikyuu magazine is available starting today in major bookstores such as Kinokuniya and Tsutaya. Other retailers, both offline and online, should also carry this magazine.
While the magazine shouldn’t be too difficult to buy in Japan, things are a bit different internationally. For now, there’s no word yet on an English version of the magazine.
Despite the series’ popularity, the magazine likely won’t get an English release anytime soon. That’s because many special magazines or guidebooks for popular anime are Japan-only releases.
There is a chance that this magazine will be carried by US bookstores. That’s because retailers like Kinokuniya USA have a big lineup of Japanese titles, including Haikyuu manga and illustration books.
Along with the magazine, fans are also hoping to see the Haikyuu Final movie get a US theatrical release, and maybe even a Crunchyroll streaming release down the line.
