Guillermo del Toro Reveals A List of His Favorite Superhero Movies

Director Guillermo del Toro may be known for his horror films but he's also a fan of superhero films. He even made Blade and a couple of Hellboy films. Now, the award-winning filmmaker has shared a list of his favorite superhero films, and they include Sam Raimi's Spider-Man films, The Dark Knight, Guardians of the Galaxy, Logan, and Wonder Woman. As you can see above, none of the Avengers films have made it in Del Toro's list but it's cool seeing Unbreakable make it here. Raimi's first two Spider-Man films are great, and I think they're definitely better than Spider-Man: Homecoming. Of course, Iron Man and Dark Knight are here but he didn't mention Batman Begins.

It would be cool to see Del Toro direct another superhero film. Since James Gunn is no longer directing Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, maybe he could step up to direct.
