Guardians of the Galaxy Star Dave Bautista Shares New Superhero Tattoos


In a series of photos posted on his Instagram, Dave Bautista, who plays Drax, shared his newly inked fingers with the caption "New phone, new ink, new start..." The actor displayed tattoos referencing heroes like Batman, Superman, the Avengers, and of course the Ravagers star to represent the Guardians of the Galaxy.

He also had one of a symbol referring to rap group Wu-Tang Clan and the SPECTRE organization from the James Bond film franchise. A Jedi Order logo may also be seen in some of the other photos.

Bautista is expected to begin shooting together with the rest of the Guardians cast for its third installment on February 2021. Although still unnamed, Vol. 3 will be once again helmed by director James Gunn.

For now, fans may rewatch the franchise's second installment via streaming or on Blu-ray or wait for some of Marvel's latest upcoming films which include Black Widow on May 1, 2020, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier in the Fall of 2020, and The Eternals on November 6, 2020.
