Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Star Will Poulter Shows Off his Adam Warlock Physique

It has already been confirmed that Will Poulter will play Adam Warlock in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and there is little doubt that he was been working hard to play the Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero. Not surprisingly, all that hard work has certainly paid off. Poulter has shown off his ripped physique in preparation for Adam's debut in the MCU sequel.

Will Poulter's new image was originally posted on Instagram but has since been shared on Twitter. It features the Maze Runner actor copying a statue's post and effectively showing off his sculpted arms. Check it out below.

It's great to see that Poulter is ready to play Adam Warlock in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 although the actor admitted that he wasn't familiar with the comic book hero before he took on the role. However, Poulter was just happy to be a part of the MCU family.

“Although I wasn’t familiar with Adam Warlock beforehand, I was very familiar with Guardians of the Galaxy, and it was kind of my favorite ‘planet’ within the Marvel Universe, if you like," he said. Poulter continued by pointing out that he also wanted to work with director James Gunn.

"I’m just a huge fan of the tone and the creativity and James Gunn’s work and so many of the actors, you know, that I now get to call colleagues, which I’m very grateful for. So yeah, to have any kind of part in that world is very, very cool for me,” he said.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is directed by James Gunn and brings back Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, and Bradley Cooper. The movie is scheduled for release on May 5, 2023.
