GOT7 Mark began reflecting on his fruitful solo and group careers after two years of having online events.
Among all GOT7 members, Mark became one of the most successful members as he sang Never Gonna Gome Down with Bibi for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. He, however, made fans worried when he deleted all of his Instagram posts.
He also shared a disturbing post on his Instagram Story, saying "I'm trying my best can't you tell?"
But he later revealed that it was only part of his solo album, Last Breath. Mark also made the most out of the first months of the year as he already released three songs this year – My Life, Lonely, and Save Me.
After two years of waiting, he and the members of the boy group held their first fan concert in person again.
GOT7 Mark Balancing His Year Due to Full-Packed Schedule
During an interview with Singles Magazine, Mark spoke up about his recent and upcoming activities while talking about the positive feelings he has because of in-person events.
Over the weekend, GOT7 met their fans during a fan concert and celebrated their comeback with them. Mark will also leave for Thailand ahead of his May 28 fan meeting in the country.
“I already feel overwhelmed with emotion. I might not be able to control my emotions because I’m so excited. I’m preparing a ton of special things so you can look forward to it,” he said.

The K-pop star also talked about sharing his story through solo music. Since he started as a member of a group, it became a dream come true for him when he started his solo promotions.
Although it took him a lot of time to find courage, Mark thought that he started perfectly as things could make him feel freer now.
Mark still keeps in mind that, while promoting as a soloist is a new experience for him, he carries the responsibility of every process and feels the pressure during the making.
Mark Happy With Solo Career
During the same interview, he reflected on his solo career and how it helped him grow.
“I’m currently finding what suits me. I don’t know if that’s why, but I’ve grown ambitious to try a wide variety of things. Last year, I seriously only focused on producing. The more I produced, the more I felt like I was growing, so I was happy,” he said.
Mark is currently busy preparing his upcoming album. Fans, for now, can wait until he finishes it by the end of the year.
