Good Omens Season 2: Neil Gaiman Hypes Up Jon Hamm's Return

There is little doubt that people are already excited about Good Omens Season 2, and Neil Gaiman wants to make sure fans get an idea of what to look forward to. The American Gods author is hyping up Jon Hamm's return as Gabriel.

In the first season of Good Omens, Jon Hamm played the Angel Gabriel, the leader of Heaven who keeps tabs on Michael Sheen's Aziraphale. The first season concluded with Gabriel and Beelzebub somehow collaborating to make sure that Armageddon pushes through. But now that it has been stopped and Aziraphale and Crowley managed to survive their punishments, Gabriel could be getting some punishment of his own.

So what will happen to Gabriel in Good Omens Season 2? Neil Gaiman recently attended a speaking event at Saint Louis University and he teased Gabriel's fate.

"There are things that I have done to Jon Hamm, or have other people do, or that have happened to Jon Hamm in the second season of Good Omens that while I’m not at liberty to actually reveal what they are, I will say that I’m in many ways glad he’s not sitting opposite me," Gaiman said.

It's an exciting tease and now we're truly wondering what happens to Gabriel in Good Omens Season 2. Hopefully, we'll find out more soon.

Good Omens Season 2 will bring back David Tennant as Crowley and Michael Sheen as Aziraphale. The plot details for the second season have not yet been revealed but there is a possibility that the series will follow the demon and the angel as they go on a new adventure.

The second season of Good Omens has not yet been given an official release date. However, the series is currently expected to return on Amazon Prime soon. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
