Good Omens Reveals First Look At Sergeant Shadwell, Madame Tracy, And Pollution

A new trailer for Good Omens is set for release next week and Amazon Prime is making sure that people will be looking forward to it. The network has just unveiled our first looks at Sergeant Shadwell, Madame Tracy, and the Apocalyptic Horseman known as Pollution.

In the novel, Sergeant Shadwell is a Witchfinder. In fact, he is the last officer of the witchfinder army that once existed. In the series, he is portrayed by Michael McKeen, who doesn't seem to have any problem being a "daft owld foole."

Miranda Richardson will play the delightful Madame Tracy, a medium and Painted Jezebel (morning only, Thursdays by appointment). She's truly an awesome character and we can't wait to see Richardson in action this May.

The third teaser features Lourdes Faberes as Pollution, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. In the novel, Pollution is portrayed as a young man who has replaced Pestilence, who retired after the invention of penicillin. Pollution's gender swap is certainly a welcome surprise and we're sure she's going to be up to no good in Good Omens.

The Good Omens Twitter account had already shown us a glimpse at Mireille Enos' War and Yusuf Gatewood's Famine. For now, Death is still a big mystery but we may finally get a glimpse at the final Horseman when the trailer is released next week.

The synopsis for Good Omens reads as follows:

"Based on the best-selling novel by renowned authors Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, this series follows the story of Aziraphale, an angel, and Crowley, a demon, who have formed an unlikely friendship spanning 6,000 years and have grown fond of life on earth. However, the end of time grows near with the approaching Armageddon and they must now join forces to find a way to save the world."

The Good Omens trailer will be released on March 6. The series will air on Amazon Prime on May 31.
