According to The Illuminerdi, the project is currently eyeing The Falcon and the Winter Soldier actor Wyatt Russell to potentially star in the series playing the role of a young Lee Shaw, described as a "military leading man type" who will be seen in the 1950s/1960s era. We do have to take note that neither Apple TV+ nor Legendary Television has made any comments regarding the Russells' potential casting in the project so we have to take it with a grain of salt for now.

Assuming that the report is true, it is very interesting to hear that Russell might potentially star in the series. He is definitely an in-demand young actor at the moment thanks to his roles in 22 Jump Street, Lodge 49, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and the current limited series Under the Banner of Heaven. It would be interesting to see if he'll eventually sign-on to the series and we should be hearing a confirmation regarding it soon.
