The upcoming Star Wars: Han Solo comic is set between A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back, as do most of their comics. The comic will see everyone's favorite smuggler entering the a starship race called Dragon Void Run, which is well-known for the aliens who join it as well as its level of difficulty.

Knowing Solo, this is exactly his kind of competition and one that he's probably waiting for in his life. But since Solo's selfish ways has been swayed by Luke and the Rebels' outlook, Solo is also entering the race for a far more just cause. He's on a mission for the Rebel Alliance to rescue informants and spies.

Han will be joined by other several favorite Star Wars characters such as Chewie and Leia in the new comic.

With Star Wars: The Force Awakens killing of the beloved character, it makes sense that a Han Solo Anthology Film (yet to be titled) and a Han Solo comic is continuing his adventures. We all know he deserves it. Even Mark Hamill thought he was Solo's side kickduring the Star Wars auditions.

Star Wars: Han Solo will be finished in June.
