Over the years, the franchise has won over the hearts of many viewers with the thrill of the ride and as it closes with Fast & Furious 11, the film taps Christina Hodson, who wrote The Flash and Bumblebee, and Oren Uziel, who did Mortal Kombat, to pen the script of the finale movie.

Fast & Furious 11 will come back-to-back with Fast X as the two-part finale of the franchise and a first time duo has been tapped to pen the second part of the finale.

As reported by Deadline, Fast & Furious 11 would have a first-time duo as the scribes to pen the script of the franchise finale.

Christina Hodson and Oren Uziel will be joining the team behind Fast & Furious 11 as its writers, and they will be working with Louis Leterrier who sits at the director's chair.

Christina Hodson is best known for her works with the upcoming The Flash movie, the canceled Batgirl, Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey, Bumblebee, Shut In, and more.

On the other hand, Oren Uziel previously worked on Mortal Kombat: Rebirth, 22 Jump Street, The Cloverfield Paradox, The Lost City, Shimmer Lake, and more!

Fast & Furious 11 is expected to follow the events of Fast X which is set to come out in theaters on May 19, 2023.

Fast X starts the engine for the grand finale of The Fast Saga which marks the film as the penultimate in the series.

It will be a back-to-back release with the last film, Fast & Furious 11, which will be out next month.

Expected to reprise their roles until Fast & Furious 11 are Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto, Michelle Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges as Tej Parker, and Sung Kang as Han Lue.

Also speculated to join Fast & Furious 11 are Jason Momoa who is the main villain of the last two films where he will be portraying Dante Reyes, Brie Larson is another addition to the roster as Tess, and Rita Moreno will be Abuelita Toretto.

There is no release date yet for Fast & Furious 11. Fast X drives in theaters on May 19, 2023.
