The Flash star Ezra Miller is known by many for his "eccentric" behavior and this week, he made headlines anew after releasing a cryptic video that is targeting the notorious white supremacist and hate organization Ku Klux Klan, more commonly known as the KKK. In a bizarre video he uploaded on Instagram, the 29-year-old star is seen wearing his Flash ring and threatened to kill members of the group.

He said: "Look, if y’all want to die, I suggest just killing yourselves with your own guns. OK? Otherwise, keep doing exactly what you’re doing right now — and you know what I am talking about — then, you know, we’ll do it for you, if that’s really what you want. Talk to you soon, okay. Bye."

This isn't the first time Miller displayed such erratic behavior. In 2020, the actor faced backlash after a video of him choking a woman in Iceland circulated all over the internet. He never addressed the matter and while the initial assumption was he was just being playful with the said individual, a source Variety at the time that it was a serious altercation.

Now, it's still unclear what led to Ezra's latest meltdown but he sure looks like he means business. Unsurprisingly, his act earned praise from some fans who are opposed to the KKK and frankly, I admire Miller for standing up against alleged white supremacists. I just don't know if his method was the right call because at the end of the day, threatening people's lives will never be cool.

It'll be interesting to see if Warner Bros., a company that is conscious of its public image will try and intervene with the situation. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

The Flash hits cinemas in November.
