Ezra Miller has continued to make headlines for his controversial behavior. Just recently, several outlets reported about his newest legal trouble.

Ezra Miller Charged With Felony Burglary

Miller, who has been known as Barry Allen, a.k.a The Flash, as part of DC Extended Universe, has been charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont, CNBC reported citing a report from the Vermont State Police.

According to the outlet, the alleged incident occurred May 1, involving missing bottles of alcohol from a local residence. A surveillance video reportedly captured the incident and showed his involvement.

Miller was issued a citation Sunday and is set to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 for arraignment.

It's the latest incident following Miller's pattern of disturbing behavior and misconduct allegations. He was previously arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment earlier this year. Hours before his court appearance in April for the said charges, he was arrested once again after being involved in an altercation, where he allegedly threw a chair and injured a woman.

He was also accused of housing a 25-year-old mother and her three kids, all under 5 years old, on his ranch in Stamford. The property allegedly doubles as an unlicensed cannabis farm with several firearms on his premises, Rolling Stone reported.

Warner Bros. Discovery CEO Just Promoted Ezra Miller's The Flash Days Before Charges

Ezra Miller is one of the biggest stars in the DC cinematic universe. The news about him being charged with felony burglary came just days after Warner Bros. Discovery's CEO David Zaslav promoted his superhero flick Flash along with the other DC movies on the way.

“We have some great DC films coming up: ‘Black Adam,’ ‘Shazam!’ and ‘Flash,’” Zaslav said during the call. “And we’re working on all of those. We’re very excited about them. We’ve seen them. We think they’re terrific.”

Warner Bros. Discovery has remained mum about the previous assault arrests involving Miller earlier this year. However, sources claimed that there was an emergency meeting discussing his future in the franchise.

They reportedly agreed to keep The Flash on the slate but would halt future projects with Miller.

In April, the studio teased fans about the film during its presentation at the CinemaCon, suggesting that it would proceed with the film's release next year.
