Gina Carano has been at the center of controversy and making major headlines after Lucasfilm fired her from The Mandalorian. Lucasfilm also added that they will no longer be working with Carano in the future, calling her social media posts abhorrent.

The decision was widely debated by fans with many people celebrating the decision while there are also many people that are unhappy with it. Some fans even raised the issue of Hollywood's double standards, even dragging Pedro Pascal's old tweet in the mix. In Pascal's case, he compared the US to Nazi Germany during the time of former President Donald Trump.

Fans have been waiting for the response of Carano and how she will react to it. Carano has finally responded but did not address Lucasfilm. The actress will be working on developing, producing, directing, and star in her own film.

After being fired by Lucasfilm, Carano will be teaming up with The Daily Wire for a new movie. The actress told Deadline that The Daily Wire is helping her achieve one of her dreams, which is to produce her own film.

The actress added that she cried out and her prayer was answered. She went on to say that she is sending out a direct message of hope to people who are living in fear of getting canceled. Carano added that she only just started using her voice which is now freer than before, hoping that it will inspire others to do the same.

The Daily Wire's Ben Shapiro also made a statement regarding the partnership with Carano:

Little is known about the film with Carano but will be released exclusively to The Daily Wire members.
