Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Gets First Teaser Trailer

It took years but the fourth Evangelion movie will be coming out in Japan sometime in 2020. While it doesn't have an international release date, fans are excited to see the series come back in anime film form. The movie, called Evangelion: 3.0+1.0, has many fans excited and they will be happy to see a new teaser for the film.

At only 22 seconds long, we only see footage of a girl and her mecha but it is stunningly animated. If the rest of the movie is going to look like this then fans have plenty of things to look forward to. Hopefully, the film itself is a good one that pleases fans of the angsty anime with an amazing theme song.

Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno apologized for the delay, noting how he had to spend some of that time with his live-action Godzilla movie. Now that he is done with that, Anno can finally finish this quadrilogy.

This is slated to be the last of the Rebuild of Evangelion series and it is a long time coming. The third film, Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo, came out in 2012. So it took eight years for the final movie to come out but at least fans will finally be able to see it, after waiting for such a long time.
