Elizabeth Olsen Teases Return in Agatha: Coven of Chaos

Elizabeth Olsen is undeniably one of the most effective actors at Marvel Studios. Due to the nuances, she tends to bring to her titular hero Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch, MCU fans are in a position to demand that she is always on their screen. Olsen was last seen in Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness and her limited series WandaVision; since then, her next appearance in another Marvel offering is yet to be confirmed. All this time, only subtle hints from the actress herself and the studios have been communicated, and just recently, Olsen again spoke on her return to MCU.

Speaking to Deadline via a video posted to Twitter on Sunday, Olsen vaguely hinted at the Scarlet Witch's return for the upcoming Disney+ series and WandaVision spinoff, Agatha: Coven of Chaos. ”I don’t know ever how to answer these questions, except I don’t… I think I’ll be back...” she said. Due to Marvel’s solid secret policy, the actress might just be careful not to spoil or confirm anything, but her statement is better than nothing.

Olsen’s solo movie debut as the strongest Avenger is the most campaigned for by fans, but their outcry is yet to be heard. Even without a featured film, the Love & Death star has already proven her acting abilities after appearing in a few Marvel projects while, at the same time, venturing into other genres. Aside from her recent comment on her MCU return, Olsen has always been vocal about Kathryn Hahn's upcoming show and her professional relationship with her.

“I mean, no, but I would love to pop up,” Olsen told Entertainment Tonight back in September when asked about Coven of Chaos. “I love Kathryn, I don't want to leave her side ever, I'm so grateful she's here tonight,” The MCU icon noted that she would love to reunite with Hahn as well as Paul Bettany as Vision. “We do think, 'Gosh, we just gotta do it again!' We just had a great time making that show, and with Paul, it was a special time, so we would love to get the gang back.”

As the days pass, Olsen’s remark about her participation in the spinoff is intact; maybe one of the days, she will be allowed to confirm her involvement. After all, Westview is not Westview without her in the picture.

Agatha: Coven of Chaos is reportedly suffering a production delay, so it has yet to receive a release date, but WandaVision is currently streaming on Disney+.
