The 26th E3 or the Electronic Entertainment Experience 2021 will go all virtual for this years' convention with an all-new online portal and an app where you can attend the event, interact with others, and go through virtual booths, watch the events, have some video conference with other attendees, and more.

In an announcement posted by the official Twitter account of E3, they shared details about their portal and app. The portal is by HCL Technologies Ltd., Game Cloud Network, and Revyrie, Inc where there would be a live broadcast of this year's E3. One can register on the portal for free which will happen later this month.

The announcement also includes what the portal could give you access to which are exhibitor booths where you can virtually explore announcements and game information of each exhibitor, online lounges for all those who would be attending the event, forums for discussion, leaderboards, and profile creation where the attendee could customize his own profile.

There would also be a live broadcast of E3 to be hosted by Jacki Jing, Greg Miller, and Alex "Goldenboy" Mendez, where there would be showcases from various publishers, press conferences, panels, guesting, and extended live streams. All these interactive overlays would be powered by Hovercast. Media access on the event begins June 7, and public access starts on June 12.

The Electronic Entertainment Experience happens annually every June wherein the video game industry gathers such as game publishers, software developers, and hardware manufacturers in presenting their newest and latest product releases.

E3 2021 will be from June 12 to 15, 2021.
