It's a great relief to finally know that the new Dungeons and Dragons movie is in production. After all, the project has been in production hell for almost a decade, having been announced in 2013. Since then, Paramount Pictures has taken over the film and it now boasts of an impressive star-studded cast.

Chris Pine was the first star to be confirmed for the new adaptation and the Wonder Woman 1984 actor is expected to play the main lead. Since then, the movie has added former Bridgerton star Regé Jean-Page and IT actress Sophia Lillis. Hugh Grant has also been announced to play the main villain.

For now, details about the Dungeons and Dragons movie are being kept under wraps. However, there is a possibility that we will be getting some new updates from the set of the film. In addition to that, a teaser or sizzle reel could be dropped once there is enough footage. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

Dungeons and Dragons is scheduled for release in March 2023.
