Here's what the Butcher previously said about Peace Talks:

"A summit of the world's supernatural powers is being held to try to establish some sort of equilibrium and to get everything settled down in the wake of the vanishing of the red court. Peace Talks will hit shelves on July 14, 2020. It's now available for pre-order on Amazon. This will be the first new Dresden Files novel since 2014's Skin Game.

Jim Butcher is planning to write Book #2 of his steampunk Cinder Spires series after he completes Peace Talks. It will be called The Olympian Affair.
