Vegeta is becoming more desperate in his fight against Granolah, but he's doing whatever it takes to take him down. Despite Goku's willingness to help his rival fight the Cerealian warrior, Vegeta refuses Goku's assitance, and even kicks Goku away at one point so he can fight their enemy alone, and it's not surprising that he's taken a page from his rival's book in the latest manga chapter.
At the beginning of Dragon Ball SuperChapter 76, Granolah is still beating-up Vegeta, and Goku intervenes, but Vegeta snaps at him, telling him not interrupt their battle. Then Granolah hits Vegeta when he's distracted, but the Saiyan Prince attacks the Cerealian again.
When their fight moves to a Sugarian city, the two engage in a close-range combat so as to keep from hurting the Sugarians. It was here when Vegeta bites Granolah's forearm, and Granolah looks stunned by the savage attack.

This move might be surprising for Vegeta, but this is not new to the franchise. After all, Goku has bitten his enemies more than once. Back in Dragon Ball Z, Goku bit Buu on the head during their fight, and in the earlier days of Dragon Ball Super, Goku bit Beerus on the tail, and he also did it to Kale of Universe 6 during the Tournament of Power.
Vegeta doesn't usually bite his opponents, but it looks like the mindset of his Ultra Ego form is making him become more savage, and he's doing everything he can to defeat Granolah. However, this move didn't matter much in their battle as Granolah continued to dominate him to the point that Vegeta almost died, but thanks to Monaito, who came out of the spaceship that just arrived just in time, it looks like the Saiyan Prince will not be dying anytime soon.
