Fans have seen Vegeta's character development in the Dragon BallSuper series and it sounds like that will continue in the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie, and the Saiyan Prince's wife will also be involved.
During a recent interview shared on the official website of Dragon Ball, Bulma's new voice actress Aya Hisakawa teased a big scene with Vegeta and Bulma. Translator Todd Blankenship tweeted what Hisakawa said in the interview.
Hisakawa talked about taking over the role after Hiromi Tsuru passed away last year and also said that the film will have a scene where fans can "really tell" Vegeta's love for Bulma. Dragon Ball Super: Broly's synopsis already teased that the film kicks off when the Dragon Balls are stolen from Bulma's home, so we're expecting to see more of Bulma in this film.
Official Synopsis:
This is the story of a new Saiyan. Earth is peaceful following the Tournament of Power. Realizing that the universes still hold many more strong people yet to see, Goku spends all his days training to reach even greater heights. Then one day, Goku and Vegeta are faced by a Saiyan called 'Broly' who they've never seen before. The Saiyans were supposed to have been almost completely wiped out in the destruction of Planet Vegeta, so what's this one doing on Earth? This encounter between the three Saiyans who have followed completely different destinies turns into a stupendous battle, with even Freeza (back from Hell) getting caught up in the mix.
Dragon Ball Super is available for streaming on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami still airs the English dub of Dragon Ball Super on Adult Swim Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. It's also available to stream on FunimationNOW and Amazon. The upcoming Dragon Ball Super film will be released in Japan on December 14 and Funimation will release it in North America sometime in January 2019.
