Yumiella Dolkness has no idea that she has already reached level 99 in the anime. She even thought that being at level 99 was an error when she was first assessed at the Royal Magic Academy.
But every magic tool used to assess Yumiella’s level gives the same results.
Everyone thinks that Yumiella used a trick to tamper with her magic assessment. They believe that Yumiella being level 99 is unrealistic, and she has come up with an unbelievable lie.

By using Black Hole, the strongest dark magic spell that only the Demon Lord and she could use in the LMH game, Yumiella managed to prove herself.

Long story short, Yumiella successfully reached level 100 after defeating the God of Evil in the Villainess Level 99 light novel Act 4.
She surpassed the level 99 cap with flying colors, despite previous assumptions that she wouldn’t become stronger anymore.
To level up, Yumiella understands that she needs to defeat monsters one after the other.
However, her level did not rise despite her efforts during field lessons or whenever she was in the mood to hunt monsters and raid dungeons.
If it weren't for the God of Evil's existence, Yumiella would not be able to surpass her level cap.
