Reese Witherspoon has a lot on her plate today. Aside from the upcoming The Morning Show Season 3, the actress-producer will be headlining a new series for Prime Video. So, working on two different networks, does this mean it will be the end of her Apple TV+ drama with Jennifer Aniston?
Witherspoon reportedly inked a deal with Prime Video to lead a new series, All Stars. This comes after she signed to reprise her role as the highly ambitious Election character Tracy Flick in a sequel on Paramount+. Does this mean The Morning Show Season 3 will be the last of the series?
Reese Witherspoon to Do New Show on Prime Video
According to Deadline, All Stars has a sure two seasons after receiving a straight-to-series order. It will be half an hour of satire comedy per episode, like Ted Lasso.
Witherspoon will be playing the role of a former cheerleader who swindles to go to England, where she will teach cheerleading to a ragtag group of students.
In the accompanying interview, the 46-year-old said she was drawn to the idea of an American woman teaching U.K. students.

“The idea of watching an American woman coming to share the very American sport of cheerleading to a group of young women in the UK just made me so excited!” she said. “I love that this show is filled with real heart, deep joy, and the power of teamwork.”
In fact, she has been looking for a project just like this for her media company, Hello Sunshine.

“I’ve been looking for a project that brought our Hello Sunshine mission to make women the heroes of their own stories to a younger generation for a long time,” she continued. “When I saw this story, I immediately knew this idea would do just that.”
The Future of The Morning Show Season 3
So, what does Witherspoon’s new project mean to The Morning Show Season 3?
Deadline also noted that the Big Little Lies star doesn’t have a deal yet with Apple TV+ to do The Morning Show Season 4—if there will be one.

It’s also good to note that Prime Video doesn’t stop her from doing the series should it continue after the third season.
That said, if the drama continues, Witherspoon can still reprise her role as Bradley Jackson.
