The previous two anime seasons did not reveal the future of the merchant and the wise wolf. It’s likely that the upcoming anime won’t either, as it will be another adaptation.

Is the Spice and Wolf Light Novel Series Over? Current Status Explained
Many anime fans from the 2000s likely know about Spice and Wolf thanks to the anime adaptation. Even though it has been over a decade since the last season aired, it still has a dedicated following.
This anime, like many shows, is based on a light novel series of the same name. The Spice and Wolf light novel’s status isn’t straightforward to explain though.
Technically, the light novel series is ongoing, with the latest volume being released in Japan back in January 2023.
When it comes to the main story though, the light novel series ended with volume 17 (aptly titled Epilogue), which was released in Japan back in July 2011. This volume featured the end of Holo and Lawrence’s story.
As for the later volume releases, they are titled Spring Log, as they take place 10 years after the main story.

Does Holo Marry Lawrence in Spice and Wolf?
Holo and Lawrence’s relationship is an adorable one, given how well their personalities balance each other out. Thus, it should come as no surprise that Holo does indeed marry Lawrence at the end of Spice and Wolf.
Their marriage didn’t exactly happen in the Epilogue volume, but the later volumes show that they have settled down.
Given that this happens much later in the series, the upcoming anime adaptation by Passione (of Ishura fame) likely won't cover this.

What Happens to Holo and Lawrence after They Get Married?
After they get married, Holo and Lawrence settle down and open the Spice and Wolf bathhouse. While the epilogue was already a happy ending for them, Spring Log showed their life 10 years into the future.
In the Spring Log volumes, it was revealed that Holo and Lawrence have a daughter named Myuri. She also serves as the protagonist of the Wolf and Parchment spinoff light novel series.
