Carnival Row definitely has a lot of diverse couples, we have a fae and a half-fae, an incestuous relationship between half-siblings, and a relationship between a faun and a human. Imogen Spurnrose and the Puck (derogatory term for “faun”) Agreus Astrayon are the show’s infamous couple, with everyone gossiping about their unlikely relationship. So do these characters end up together in Carnival Row Season 2?

What Happened to Imogen and Agreus in Carnival Row’s Series Finale?
After the battle between the New Dawn and the Burgue, Imogen and Agreus were able to move on with their lives together. After Agreus lost one of his horns (thanks to Leonora), we see his horn repaired, but there is a visible line of glue. However, Imogen makes it clear that Agreus’ flaws are “magnificent”.
At the end of the series, they open up an electric company, “Spurnrose and Astrayon Electric”. They also share a kiss publicly, disregarding everyone’s opinions about them (including the nosy neighbors from Season 1).

Imogen and Agreus’ Love Affair: A Public Scandal at The Burgue
Imogen and Agreus started out as two neighbors who dislike each other. Throughout Season 1, however, the two started spending more time with each other because they realized they needed one another. Imogen needed Agreus’ wealth, and Agreus needed Imogen’s status in society. They eventually reveal their true feelings for each other and fall in love.
However, knowing that it would cause a public scandal on the Burgue and disgrace to the Spurnrose name, Imogen and Agreus decide to leave, to Ezra’s (Imogen’s brother) dismay. In Season 1, we last see them heading off on a ship to the unknown, or as Imogen puts it, "somewhere new, somewhere far away."

In Season 2, the couple was not spared from hardships. They continue to struggle against the idea that a Puck and a human cannot be together. They also start disagreeing with things, as Imogen starts trusting Leonora, the New Dawn’s leader, while Agreus refuses to trust her.
At Ragusa, they kind of break up for a short while after Imogen realizes that Agreus has been trying to “own her” and that he’s just like her controlling brother Ezra, but maybe even much worse. After arriving at the Burgue, they seemingly admit their relationship to the public, with Agreus kissing her hand. Shortly, however, Agreus apologizes for kissing her hand, but Imogen apologizes for taking his hand.

Subsequently, they rekindle their romance with Imogen confessing that she’s never felt empty her entire life and Agreus apologizing for trying to own her or exert power over her and that it was never his intention to do so. Imogen believes him. We last see them separated by the New Dawn, with Agreus being held prisoner by Leonora, and Imogen coerced into giving a speech to the Burgue Parliament on behalf of the New Dawn. But “many moons later”, we see this couple reunited again, opening an electric business.
So yes, this couple ends up together in Carnival Row.
