Dubbed as "Netflix's 50 Shades of Grey", the Polish film 365 Days became a huge hit when it debuted on the streaming service in 2020, and two years later, 365 Days: This Day, the second of the three-part trilogy of movies, was released in April 27, 2022.
365 Days: This Day is based on Blanka Lipińska's second novel of his erotic trilogy of books, and if you haven't read the original source matertial, you're probably left with a lot of questions about what happened in the sequel, such as if Massimo (played by Michele Morrone) actually cheated on Laura (Anna-Marie Sieklucka).
In 365 Days: This Day, after Massimo and Laura get married, and enjoy a steamy honeymoon period together, their relationship becomes more complicated when Laura witnesses who appears to be Massimo cheating with his ex, Anna during a party.
The arrival of Marcelo "Nacho" Matos (Simone Susinna) also makes things complicated for Laura. Afterall, Nacho is the one who comforts Laura after she leaves Massimo after seeing that painful scene.

Did Massimo actually cheat on Laura in 365 Days: This Day?
Laura spends a short period of time feeling devastated and hearbroken by what she believes she witnessed, but it turns out that Massimo never cheated on her, it was just a case of mistaken identity. Based on how deep Massimo's feelings are for her, it's sae to say that he most likely would never cheat on her.
It's easy for viewers to jump to the conclusion that Massimo cheated on Laura in the movie, because the "cheating" scene clearly shows the look of Michele Morrone, but it turns out that it's Massimo's twin brother, Adriano.
Adriano is revealed to be resentful of his brother's status in life, and his partner in crime is Anna, the ex of Massimo, who's jealous of Laura. Since they both don't support Massimo and Laura's relationship, they devise a perfect plan to enact revenge. When Laura sees Adriano and Anna having sex, she believes she’s catching Massimo cheating.
Anna discovers that Massimo has a twin brother towards the end of the movie, but will learning the truth change his mind about him in the third movie?
