Everyone was already analyzing the heck out of Infinity War when it came out back in April, but with the home release, people have been given more time to check out some really specific details. The latest Easter Egg hunt possibly connects Black Order member Cull Obsidian to Captain Marvel.

If you look closely, he's wearing a belt that has a similar color scheme to that of Captain Marvel. Of course this could come out as some kind of coincidence, but it would be neat if it was some kind of ‘badge of honor' for the Skrulls or the Kree—that's why Captain Marvel wears one on her outfit.
Then again, we have yet to see Brie Larson in the classic red and blue outfit that Captain Marvel is known for. At best, we've only seen her in what some are guessing is a Kree flight suit. It does strike some similarity to the first appearance of the original Captain Marvel.
To be blunt, the Children of Thanos ended up quite forgettable, but I would be open to seeing some more of their backstory revealed—even if it has to happen in other films. I would be psyched to see Cull Obsidian appear pre-Thanos recruitment in Captain Marvel. Maybe he could even have something to do directly with Carol Danvers disappearance from the MCU this far.
Captain Marvel comes out March 8, 2019.
