Who are Demon Slayer's Voice Actors Sub & Dub Cast and Characters

The Demon Slayer manga has been adapted into three anime seasons and two movies so far. But who are the Demon Slayer anime's voice actors?

By now, fans might be familiar with the voices of their favorite Demon Slayer characters.

Are they voiced by the same actors who worked on other shounen anime like One Piece or Naruto? Continue reading to find out!

The Subbed vs. Dubbed Anime Debate

Before we decide which is which, we have to differentiate the two first.

A subbed anime means that the audio of the video is in Japanese (as it was originally released), but it contains English subtitles or any language preferred by the viewer.

Dubbed anime, on the other hand, is when the voices of the characters are not in Japanese but in English, Spanish, or any available language offered by the streaming platform.

Most of the time, English is the language used for subtitles and dubbed versions, but nowadays, other languages such as Spanish, German, and Hindi are also available.

But of course, the preference will depend on the viewer.

There are some people who prefer the subbed version more as they consider that the anime was originally released that way.

Meanwhile, there are those who get lost trying to read the subtitles, so the dubbed version is better for them.

Just take note that not all anime have a dubbed version. Some shows take time before they get a dubbed version. Sometimes, they get none at all.

While we are not sure how an anime gets a dubbed version, we can assume that it is based on the popularity and ratings of the specific show.
