Just after the successful premiere of Season 2 of Demon Slayer, the show announced that it will be going on a short hiatus and it will take a few more days later for the new schedule of the upcoming Episode 4 because it will be delayed for a week.
The announcement of the delay was made on the official Twitter account of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba wherein the news was dropped about Episode 4 of Season 2 being moved from the original air date of October 31 to a later date, November 7, due to a special election happening in Japan that week.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will be having two parts in one season with the first half which would have the Mugen Train arc and the latter would have the Entertainment District arc. To date, the anime show is on the story of Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke getting aboard a train only to find out about the mystery behind it with passengers disappearing.
Demon Slayer is one of the most popular anime shows in the past years and just last year, the franchise bagged billions of dollars, with the Mugen Train movie being a success.
If you want to refresh your mind with what happened in the first season, it is currently on Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Hulu for those with an active subscription on the following streaming platforms. The Demon Slayer movie which became an instant success is also a few weeks away from releasing its Blu-Ray and DVD copies. As for the manga of the anime, Viz Media has it available in both physical and digital copies.
Demon Slayer Season 2 graced the small screens last October 10, starting with the television version of the Mugen Train arc, and the Entertainment District arc will be arriving in December.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Season 2 Episode 4 will be released on November 7, 2021.
