Deadpool, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales, and More Confirmed for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order officially has a release date and cover art, making fans very happy. The Nintendo Switch exclusive looks like a really fun time for Marvel fans, thanks to the series' signature beat-em-up gameplay that works perfectly for both handheld and home system play. As we wait for more characters to be revealed, the cover art itself has done that, revealing a number of previously unseen heroes.

Deadpool, Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Spider-Woman (Spider-Gwen), Daredevil, and Nightcrawler have officially assembled for the alliance. While Deadpool and Nightcrawler have appeared in previous Ultimate Alliance/X-Men Legends games, they weren't confirmed for this game. Seeing Miles and Spider-Gwen is pretty surprising since most of us assumed they would be alternate costume.

We still don't know how many overall characters will be in the game but if previous titles are anything to go by, there will be a lot. Previous games had at least 20+ characters so this game will likely meet that quota. Seeing characters from the MCU is pretty cool and all but we'd also like to see some weird heroes (Moon Knight please).

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order comes out on July 19 and is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.
