Last year, Screen Junkies posted an Honest Trailer for the R-rated success that is Deadpool, and a day ago the YouTube channel decided to invite the film's director Tim Miller and Wade Wilson's comicbook creator Robert Liefeld to checkout their parody video.
Screen Junkies had Miller and Liefeld sit down along with Colossus star Stefan Kapicic in front of a live audience during their Honest Trailers Commentaries program for last weekend's San Diego Comic Con, and the entire event became a free-for-all truth-fest.
Not only did the guys open up about the whole controversy about the Deadpool footage that was leaked before the release of the film, as well as the different creative differences Miller had with Reynolds on Deadpool 2.

It's fun to see the Deadpool team getting together to discuss the different strengths and flaws in the R-rated movie, asking each other if they've done too many dick jokes or Ryan Reynolds jokes in the Honest Trailer. We also love hearing how Reynolds actually added a lot of irreverent adlibs to his parts in the Deadpool parody video and Miller saying that the Hollywood celebrity actually more than "2000 words for cum." It's a hilarious program, and we'd love to see Screen Junkies doing more Honest Trailer Commentaries (one for Lucasfilm and The Force Awakens please!).
Deadpool 2 is scheduled to release on June 1, 2018.
