Deadpool 3: Ryan Reynolds is Ready for Taylor Swift's Cameo

It's been somewhat of a tradition for Marvel films to feature cameos from various celebrities and over the years, we've seen the likes of Matt Damon, Melissa McCarthy, Brad Pitt, and even Twitter owner Elon Musk make appearances in the billion-dollar franchise in surprising fashion.

Now, there's an ongoing theory that pop royalty Taylor Swift is making her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in the upcoming third Deadpool film, a project that will see Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman finally have a "proper" team-up on the big screen.

Speculation surrounding the singer's potential cameo appearance first sparked when fans noticed that the house where her "All Too Well" music video was filmed somehow looked similar to the location where Reynolds and Jackman announced the MCU film, breaking the internet in the process.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Reynolds finally put an end to all the speculation, saying there's nothing to the popular fan theory. However, the Canadian actor admitted that he wouldn't be against the idea of his good friend making a cameo appearance in Deadpool 3. He said: "If we shoot the next Deadpool film in our house, then that would be that location."

Reynolds would later add: "Are you kidding me? I would do anything for that woman. She's a genius."

Well, given the fact that Swift can no longer be considered a newbie in the world of acting, the chance of her appearing in a mega-franchise isn't exactly out of the question. I guess it's just a matter of time before we actually see her in the MCU.

Deadpool 3 is currently slated for release on November 8, 2024
