Shinichiro Watanabe's Cowboy Bebop is one of the most iconic anime of the 90s. Aside from being an icon of its time, Bebop is considered by many to be one of the best anime of all time.

This is thanks to the show’s memorable characters, surprisingly deep themes, and genre-bending story. That’s not even mentioning the show’s killer soundtrack by the Seatbelts and Yoko Kanno.

Even though the series has not gotten any new anime projects in two decades, the show’s popularity still endures, enough that an exhibition opened in Tokyo to celebrate its anniversary.

This exhibit is located in the Seibu department store in Shibuya, and it features various illustrations that were made during the show’s production.

There are also animation cels, as well as replicas of the Bebop lounge and Spike Spiegel’s Swordfish II ship.

Fans who are interested in visiting will need to reserve tickets via the official website, with tickets being priced at JPY 1,800 (around USD 12). The exhibit is also open only until November 19.

Along with the exhibit, Cowboy Bebop is also celebrating its 25th anniversary with a fragrance collection in collaboration with Fairy Tail (a fragrance company, not Hiro Mashima's manga).

The collection features three eau de parfum, which are each inspired by Spike Spiegel, Faye Valentine, and Julia.

Spike’s perfume is described as having a spicy bergamot. Meanwhile, Faye’s fragrance has a fresh and spicy floral scent. Finally, the Julia perfume has refined floral notes.

Aside from these three perfumes, two diffusers promise to evoke the series’ vibe through scents.
