Iconic 90s Anime Cowboy Bebop Is Celebrating Its 25th Anniversary
Despite only being one season in length, Cowboy Bebop continues to be one of the most acclaimed anime shows of all time.
The show is considered by many as one of the best anime thanks to its memorable characters, iconic music, thematic depth, and genre-bending story.
It also has an English dub that’s considered to be one of the best in anime.
It’s also well-known for being an original anime series that ended satisfyingly.
Even though there’s been a clamor for Season 2, the first season told a satisfying and complete story.
There is an anime movie project titled Cowboy Bebop: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door which was released in 2001, though it is not a sequel as its story is set between Episodes 22 and 23 of the anime.
Then there’s the Netflix live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop which was released in 2021 to mixed reviews. Because of this, the show was not renewed for another season.
