Star Wars Battlefront II Confirmed to be FREE for the Month of June on PS Plus

A leak had recently come out suggesting that Star Wars Battlefront II will be free for PS Plus members this June. The great news is, the leak has been verified, PS Plus members will indeed be getting one of the best modern Star Wars shooters to come out in this generation of gaming.

Sony has confirmed that Star Wars Battlefront II will indeed be one of the free games for PS Plus members this June. Along with that, players will also get a chance to play Call of Duty: WWII.

While we don't have any details on what version of Battlefront II players will be getting, I'm sure it will be the base version and not the Celebration Edition which will include all the skins and cosmetics from the game.

It's amazing that Battlefront II should come to PS Plus so quickly, seeing as DICE had just finished live service for the game a few weeks ago. While everyone was thinking this would be leading to the slow death of the game, having a new batch of PS Plus members who get the game for free can add to the existing player base which is still pretty packed.

Star Wars Battlefront II —along with all of Duty: WWII—will be coming free for PS Plus members on June 2. The game is also playable for PC and Xbox One.
