In the second day of the official Commander Legends preview season, Wizards of the Coast has revealed more legendary creature cards that will be featured in the upcoming Commander set, and they include red Pirate creatures.
One of them is a legendary Goblin Pirate called Breeches, Brazen Plunderer with Menace and Partner. Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal damage to your opponents, you get to exile the top card of each of those opponents' libraries. You may play those cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

The goblin pirate Breeches is well known for his talents in gunnery, his skill in knot-tying, and his expertise in yelling. His willingness to chant enthusiastically at top volume about anything, at any time, for any reason, is the stuff of legends.
While Breeches's recent journey to Orazca to steal the Immortal Sun was unsuccessful in achieving its main goal, he and his fellow pirates' subsequent pillage of the Golden City proved to be tremendously profitable. Breeches and his friend Malcolm have become big wheels among the Brazen Coalition, rolling in "coins and jewels and promissory notes!"
The other two Pirate creatures confirmed to be featured in Commander Legends are Brazen Freebooter (a reprint from Rivals of Ixalan) and Coastline Marauders. One of them features a new keyword ability called Encore. You can pay the Encore cost and exile it from your graveyard to create a number of token copies of it equal to the number of opponents. Each of those tokens has haste, must attack that player, and is sacrificed during the end step.
Commander Legends product and events will be available on Magic Online on Thursday, November 19, 2020. The tabletop version will be released on Nov. 20.
