Colin Trevorrow Shares First Set Photo from Jurassic World: Dominion

Lucasfilm may have dropped Colin Trevorrow from Star Wars, but Universal is embracing him back for the third Jurassic World movie. With everyone on lockdown, Trevorrow had decided to start a challenge where people ‘post a photo of you in your job.'

Here's his post:

If you look closely at the person on the screen, that's Isabella Sermon who played the young clone girl Maise Lockwood in the Fallen Kingdom. We don't really know what her role for the third film will be, but I imagine there's going to be a lot of heat coming her way seeing as it was her idea to have the dinosaurs be released unto the world.

This is also just another fun tidbit, but some are comparing Trevorrow's photo with a screenshot from the original Jurassic Park:

Though Fallen Kingdom didn't get the best reviews, I have to admit they were pretty gutsy with the way they ended the film. We've already had movies where dinosaurs get loose in a city, but having dinosaurs roam the Earth is just a whole new ballpark that I personally didn't see coming. I'd prefer franchises head in this direction rather than just become fanservice fodder (looking at you, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker).

We don't know when we're going to get the first trailer for Dominion yet, but you can check out the short-film Battle at Big Rock to get yourself updated on the Jurassic World lore.

Jurassic World: Dominion is set to come out on June 11, 2021.
