We're still waiting for the final season of Agents of SHIELD but it looks like Clark Gregg wants fans to be hyped up for the return of the series. The Captain Marvel actor just "leaked" a behind-the-scenes photo of Agent Phil Coulson on social media.
Gregg shared the image on his official Instagram account along with a hilarious caption. Check it out below.
"Oh no. Accidentally posted a BTS shot from #agentsofshield s.7. I better delete this. Soon," Gregg wrote.
It's great to see that Agent Coulson appears to be doing well and is possibly thriving in the 1930s. After all, some of the team ended up back in the past in the previous season. The big question is, will they manage to get back to the present? We'll have to wait until Agents of SHIELD Season 7 finally airs on ABC.
There is little doubt that people are already disappointed that the series is down to its final season. However, fans have already accepted this fact and are just eager to see what will happen to the team in Season 7. Some are also concerned that the show might be pushed back due to the Coronavirus outbreak although filming has already wrapped long before the pandemic started. Unfortunately, ABC has not yet announced the final season's air date.
Agents of SHIELD Season 7 is expected to air on ABC in mid-2020. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
