Christian Bale Reveals What He Took From Thor: Love and Thunder, Dark Knight Trilogy Sets

Christian Bale has gone from being Batman to Gorr the God Butcher who is being considered one of the most terrifying new villains in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. These are all amazing roles and, just like most actors, the Academy Award winner has decided to bring home a little memento from the set of these movies.

So what exactly did Christian Bale choose to keep from the Dark Knight trilogy films and Thor: Love and Thunder? As it turns out, the Batman Begins star picked out some of the coolest props from these sets.

Christian Bale recently spoke to Comicbook.com while promoting Thor: Love and Thunder. When asked which items he decided to take home from the set of the MCU film and the Christopher Nolan movies, Bale revealed that Gorr the God Butcher's Necrosword is now in his possession.

"I have the sword, you know, I have that. That's pretty good," Bale said. He added that he took home a lot more from his time working on the Dark Knight movies.

"I've got the Batman cowls as well, so that's not a bad collection, is it?" Bale said.

It's certainly an awesome collection but those who think Bale has an entire shrine set up in his house have another thing coming. When asked whether he shows off the collection to his visitors, the actor said, "No, I do keep it private. I don't like my house to be filled with film memorabilia, so they're in very quiet corners."

We've already seen the Batman cowls but we have yet to see the Necrosword in action. With that in mind, we can't wait to get a better look at the weapon when Thor: Love and Thunder hits theaters next week!

Thor: Love and Thunder will finally premiere on July 8, 2022.
