Chewbacca Star Shares Brand New Set Photos From Solo: A Star Wars Story

Security on the sets of Star Wars films might be notoriously tight, but it looks like Chewbacca actor Joonas Suotamo was able to take a few photos while filming for his scenes in the Star Wars spinoff movie, Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Taking to Twitter, Suotamo decided to share a photo of himself on the set of the Millennium Falcon together with Solo's young Han Solo actor, Alden Ehrenriech. Behind the actors are Solo director Ron Howard, young Lando Calrissian actor Donald Glover, and Kira actress Emilia Clarke.

While the image don't really give any additional information about the Star Wars movie and its story, it does remind fans about some of the great moments in Solo. We can see Han and Chewie piloting the Millennium Falcon while the rest of the cast look on.

That's not the only picture that Suotamo sared, of course. The actor also posted another photo taken from the set of Solo. In it we get to see Kira, Han, Lando, and Chewie practicing out a scene from the film.

"So one day I was wearing a hairy fur coat and stumbled into my old friends Han and Qi'ra. We went to the local pub and met a really cool guy who talked about his fast spaceship - we decided that the spaceship belonged to us," Suotamo wrote on his post.

It's a pretty cool photo that shows fans what it's like behind the scenes of Solo: A Star Wars Story. Not only do we get to see the crew working to get the shot right, but we also see Suotamo standing without his mask on, practicing the scene with the rest of his Solo co-stars.

Solo: A Star Wars Story may have not done as well at the box office, but it got pretty decent reviews from fans and critics.

Solo: A Star Wars Story is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
