Check Out These BTS Shots for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Besides Star Wars Episode IX, Lucasfilm is planning some huge announcements for Celebration 2019 which includes Jon Favreau's The Mandalorian and the game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Not too long ago, there was actually a BTS sizzle reel released, and it kind of gives us an idea of what to expect from the game. It's not on Youtube anymore, but you can check out these photos:

If you're not familiar with the story of the game, it's said that it will be focusing on a young Jedi padawan who will find himself in the middle of the Jedi purge from Revenge of the Sith. Unlike Battlefront II, Fallen Order is going to be a platforming game and is being considered as the spiritual successor of the Force Unleashed franchise. It's also said there will be less emphasis on multiplayer this time around, and the focus will be on one linear story.

What's cool is, I think it's great that the game will be focusing on a padawan this time around. The Force Unleashed was actually criticized for having Galen Marek overpowered, but with a trainee at the helm, players will have to be forced to use his limited abilities—plus it would make sense that we should have the protagonists powers grow gradually throughout the game.

After years of pumping out only Battlefront titles, EA has been getting a lot of flak for not making good use of its Star Wars license. Hopefully, with Fallen Order, we could see a change in direction moving forward. Where's the HD remake of Star Wars Episode I: Racer?

No release date has been set for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, but the panel is expected to take place this April 13, 7:30 p.m. (UK Time) at SW Celebration; hopefully we get the official announcement by then.
