It's awesome to know that we'll get to see Theron in action once again this week. After all, it's been a long time since she's done an action film and we're loving the idea that she will be playing an immortal warrior in The Old Guard.

The Old Guard is based on the Greg Rucka comic book of the same name and will star Theron as Andromache of Scythia aka Andy, an immortal who has lived for several centuries. She will be joined by Marwan Kenzari as Joe aka Yusuf Al-Kaysani, Matthias Schoenaerts as Booker aka Sebastian le Livre, Luca Marinelli as Nicky aka Nicolo di Genova. These are the immortals who encounter KiKi Layne's Nile Freeman, who is discovered to be just like them. The movie will also star Doctor Strange actor Chiwetel Ejiofor as Copley.

The first trailer for The Old Guard will be released on Thursday, May 21. The film is set to premiere on Netflix on July 10.
