Chainsaw Man Volume 12 includes the following chapters:
- Chapter 98: Bird and War (Asa Mitaka is introduced as the class outcast in Fourth East High School. The students have to take care of a Chicken Devil for three months before killing it, as proposed by their teacher, Mr. Tanaka. It also marks the debut of the Justice Devil and the War Devil.)
- Chapter 99: Two Birds (Asa Mitaka can see the War Devil like a conscience. She wants to create an army of human weapons to battle with Chainsaw Man. The War Devil also wants Asa to join the school’s Devil Hunter Club.)
- Chapter 100: How to Walk Shoeless (Asa Mitaka roams the school together with Yuko and Yoshida to hunt devils. However, Asa Mitaka gets bullied by her classmates and decides to go home shoeless while Yuko follows her behind.)
- Chapter 101: After School Devil Hunters (Asa and Yuko decide to hunt devils after school without Yoshida. Yoru tries to convince Asa to kill Yuko and make her Asa's first human weapon.)
- Chapter 102: Save the Cat (Asa Mitaka tries to save Yuko from the devil. Suddenly, the Cockroach Devil appears with Chainsaw Man behind its tail.)
- Chapter 103: Denji Dream (Yoshida tries to keep Denji in place. However, Denji wants everyone to know that he is Chainsaw Man to have all the ladies flocking over to him.)

Its original version was already released in Japan on October 4, 2022.
