During the release of Episode 4, Chainsaw Man creator Tatsuki Fujimoto finally admitted to his Twitter alias, which he followed with live tweets of his reactions to the latest episode.

"Admits" might not be the most accurate word for it though as his Twitter is already common knowledge among series fans.

Though in case you didn’t know, Fujimoto’s personal Twitter account is named @nagayama_koharu, and there, he poses as Koharu Nagayama, a third grader who is a big fan of Fire Punch and Chainsaw Man.

If you’re a new fan of the series and are unfamiliar with its creator, Tatsuki Fujimoto is a manga artist who is known for his first work Fire Punch which was serialized in Jump+.

He is also known for his acclaimed one-shots, including Look Back and Goodbye Eri.

His most famous work is no doubt Chainsaw Man, a manga series that was initially serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from December 2018 to December 2020.

The manga became a big hit, and its story continued with Part 2 which debuted in July 2022.

Thanks to its popularity, the manga received a TV anime adaptation from MAPPA, and it began airing in October of this year.

The anime is one of the most anticipated of the season, and it also became the second most-streamed show in Japan, right behind Spy x Family.

Tatsuki Fujimoto's Twitter Account

While Fujimoto doesn’t make public appearances (though his face can be seen in some old videos online), he is known by fans for his rather unusual tastes.

Aside from being a big fan of movies, Fujimoto is also noted for his love of food, as well as his general weirdness.

After all, on his Twitter account, he poses as a third grader who happens to be Tatsuki Fujimoto’s sister.

Take note, this Twitter identity of his is entirely made up, so it’s anyone’s guess why he does it. Though it can be chalked up to Fujimoto simply being Fujimoto.

Though for the fourth episode, Fujimoto acted like himself to live-tweet about the anime.

Instead of removing his persona, Fujimoto instead claimed that he took over his sister’s account temporarily.

Soon after the episode aired, Fujimoto acted like his sister once again on Twitter, with a tweet saying that Koharu Nagayama’s brother will take over the account again when the next episode airs.

Given this tweet, it’s confirmed that Fujimoto will act like himself on Twitter when Chainsaw Man Episode 5 airs next week.
