Star Wars: The Force Awakens star Harrison Ford is one of Hollywood's biggest names. Ford is the face of some of pop-cultures' biggest icons; not only has the actor been playing the part of the Star Wars franchise's slick smuggler Han Solo for years, he's also the face of Indiana Jones. To honor all of his work, Celebrity Fight Night has decided to award Ford in a special tribute event next month.
According to a report by Look to the Stars, Celebrity Fight Night has decided to honor Harrison Ford at the Celebrity Fight Night XXIII: Celebrating Ali at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona on March 18, 2017. Ford will receive the Muhammad Ali Celebrity Fight Night Award, a prize that recognizes the different leaders in sports, business, and entertainment communities who display the different qualities of Ali who had fought in and outside the ring as he battled to find Parkinson's disease cure.
Some of the other recipients of the award include Howard Schultz, Jennifer Lopez, Steve Martin, Robert De Niro, Hale Berry, Robin Williams, Larry King, Arnold Schwarzenegger and others. Given Ford's work as an entertainer in the Hollywood industry it comes as no surprise that the Indiana Jones and Star Wars star will be this year's recipient of the Muhammad Ali Celebrity Fight Night Award.
