Park Eun-bin as Seo Mok-ha
For starters, the cast of Castaway Diva is led by Park Eun-bin. She stars in the show as Seo Mok-ha, a girl who has been dreaming of becoming a singer since she was only five.
When she enters middle school, she goes missing. And because she has been missing for 15 years, most would have presumed her to be dead.
Unknown to everyone, Mok-ha has been living on a deserted island all this time. She is rescued and has to learn to adjust to modern society as a grown-up woman.
The role of the main protagonist is carried out by the awarded Park Eun-bin, who rose to stardom for her portrayal of the brilliant Woo Young-woo from Extraordinary Attorney Woo.
She was also in The King's Affection, The Ghost Detective, Hello, My Twenties! 2, and many more.
Filming Castway Diva proved to be challenging for the actress. She shared:
"I'm working hard on my guitar-playing skills. Seo Mok Ha is a guitarist and a singer so I want to present her to the public flawlessly."

Chae Jong-hyeop as Kang Bo-gul
Chae Jong-hyeop stars in Castaway Diva as a Kang Bo-gul, an entertainment department producer who is the one who accidentally finds Mok-ha.
Jong-hyeop's inclusion in Castaway Diva is something that Hot Stove League will be happy about. This is because he gets a reunion with Park Eun-bin, who also starred in that Kdrama series in 2019.
He is famous for starring in other Netflix K-Dramas, Nevertheless and Unlock My Boss.
Kim Hyo-jin as Yoon Ran-joo
Kim Hyo-jin stars in Castaway Diva as Yoon Ran-joo, a diva that Mok-ha has looked up to since she was young.
This is Kim Hyo-jin's second Netflix series after Private Lives. But she is no stranger to the entertainment industry.
Aside from her Netflix shows, Hyo-jin has starred in several Kdramas and movies since 2000. Her famous roles include The Good Detective 2, Private Lives, Marry Me, Mary!, and many more.
Cha Hak-yeon as Kang Woo-hak
Cha Hak-yeon joins the cast of Castaway Diva as Bo-gul's older brother, Kang Woo-hak. He plays the role of a news reporter in the show.
This is Hak-yeon's first lead role in a Netflix series. His other Netflix show was Mine, where he had a supporting role. He also had a guest appearance in the Kdrama, Tomorrow.
He is also a member of the pop group, VIXX.
