Brie Larson's Captain Marvel might not be appearing on the big screen until her superhero debuts in her own standalone film in 2019, but it seems like she's already crossed paths with the Guardians of the Galaxy's Rocket Racoon – well, sort of anyway.
A lot of fans are excited to see Larson's Captain Marvel join the rest of the Avengers in the battle against the Mad Titans Thanos, and though the superhero won't be appearing in Avengers: Infinity War, it seems like the actress is teasing interaction with Rocket Racoon.
A new photo on the Marvel Studios subreddit shows the actress in what seems to be a busy hallway, bringing along with her a little figure of Rocket Racoon.

The photo might not mean much. However, though there isn't any certainty that the photo's actually teasing an interaction between Captain Marvel and Rocket, it would definitely be interesting to see the two throw lines at each other in Avengers 4.
There aren't that many details for the Captain Marvel standalone, but word has it that film will explore the events in the Marvel Cinematic Universe before the 1990s. Though that might be quite a flashback after the events of Infinity War, fans are expecting the film to introduce a post-credits scene that might help set up Avengers 4.
Captain Marvel premieres on March 6, 2019. Avengers: Infinity War, on the other hand, hits cinemas this year on May 4. It's sequel, Avengers 4, debuts on May 3, 2019.
