Captain America 4 SDCC Poster Teases Sharon Carter's Return

There is little doubt that people are already hyped up about Captain America 4 and there is a huge possibility we'll be getting an update on the project at San Diego Comic-Con 2022. For instance, a new SDCC poster for the film seems to confirm that Sharon Carter will be back and she's getting a comic-accurate look!

The Captain America 4 SDCC 2022 poster was shared on Reddit and it confirms Anthony Mackie will still be sporting the new look he debuted in the final episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. Interestingly, the poster also features Sharon Carter in a comic-accurate white suit. Check it out below.

This is an awesome update considering that fans are hoping there will be some big news about Captain America 4 being dropped at SDCC 2022. However, it was also pointed out that the poster actually features concept art from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. On the other hand, it is possible that the concept art is being reused for the new project.

We're loving the idea of Sharon Carter returning for Captain America 4 since her brilliant comeback in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. After all, Carter was last seen returning to the CIA with the full intention of using her access to sell government information. With that in mind, she could play an important role as Sam Wilson's story continues.

Captain America 4 recently added The Cloverfield Paradox director Julius Onah to helm the project. He will be working with The Falcon and The Winter Soldier creator Malcolm Spellman, who will pen the film's screenplay with Dalan Musson. Anthony Mackie, who plays Sam Wilson aka the new Captain America, is expected to reprise his role in the upcoming project.
